AULTA offers a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all watches. AULTA guarantees that your timepiece will be free of material and workmanship defects. The watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under the warranty.
In the event of a qualifying defect or malfunction during this two (2) year period, the watch will be repaired or replaced by AULTA, free of repair charges, if the timepiece proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, as determined by AULTA.
This limited warranty does not cover batteries, straps, plating, scratches or any damages arising from normal wear or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than an AULTA authorized service center. Damage due to use in saunas, hot tubs or excessively hot water is not covered by warranty.
Watches that fall outside of our limited warranty policy will be charged based on the necessary repair as noted in the “repair costs outside of our limited warranty” section below.
To initiate a repair of your AULTA watch, please first send a repair request email with a brief explanation of the issue to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond with return shipping instructions and a return authorization (RA#) number. Watches sent back to us without a return authorization number (RA#) will not receive service. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
All out-of-warranty repairs will be subject to a repair cost. A repair estimate will be provided before services are rendered. Basic repair / replacement charges are noted below as applicable by specific watch model:
We offer battery replacement at $20.00 + shipping to and from AULTA for customers within the USA. A local watch repair shop will usually charge around $15.00. We recommend taking your watch to a credible jeweler or watch repair shop for your battery replacement.
Return shipping charges for repairs deemed “In warranty” by AULTA will be paid by AULTA. Return shipping charges for repairs deemed “Out of warranty” is the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the repair invoice for payment before shipping noting the following standard rates:
Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date we receive the package. Repairs can take longer pending parts availability. Please allow 2–10 + days for return shipping transit time depending upon the region and method of delivery.
AULTA accepts returns of unworn watches only for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned watch. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 5–10 business days to receive the refund, as applicable, depending upon your financial institution.
AULTA only replaces watches if they are defective or damaged.
If we see the signs of wear, a $20 USD restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount.

AULTA offers flat rate shipping to the US and Canada per the schedule below. At this time we do not ship internationally except for Canada.
AULTA offers FREE ground shipping on all orders of over $150.00 to the contiguous 48 states and Hawaii and Alaska, Puerto Rico.
Please note that the transit time estimates above excludes delivery or transit time on Saturday and Sunday or any of national holidays.
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of all Ground orders. An email with the tracking number will be sent to you once your has been shipped.
UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. If you choose delivery to a PO box, the order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
